HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team by calling 3348 5963 or emailing help@suppshq.com.au and provide your name, order number, and reason for returning the product.

SuppsHQ would like to ensure you are completely satisfied with your products and experience.

If you change your mind or aren't happy with your purchase, you can simply return your unopened product to our store within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, is not what you ordered or you are simply not satisfied.

NOTE: We will NOT refund anything that has been opened due to Food & Health Regulations

The Goods must be returned to us:

  • With all items and all packaging in their original condition;
  • Securely wrapped;
  • Including a printed order receipt;
  • At your risk and cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
